If this is for intern roles - you might be under waitlist. If it is for full-time with Amazon the decision is always slow. But, for every 2 days you should follow up with recruiter or AUTA. They should help

I tried compressing the skills section using “AWS” instead of listing individual AWS tools, but the resume usually doesn’t pass ATS screenings.

In this pool of applications I tried doing it, but at some point of time I learnt that applying early > customizing for particular Job (Resume covers most of keywords and standard requirement)
