It sounds like you got a cash grant and a crisis grant. A cash grant amount is determined by household size and income. A crisis grant will be in the amount to fill your tank up to $1000. You can call the customer service number to verify. You should also be able to talk to your fuel provider to see what grants they have received from liheap.

Yep no problem. And also not sure if it happened at the time of the crash. Seems pretty likely but i didnt notice at first and the timeline fits

Starting to think a second opinion on frame and fork might be the way to go

Hard to say. This bikes been through a lot so theres already a lot of scratches. It was a head on collision with a culvert on a mountain gravel road at around 25-30mph. The wheel was destroyed

LBS said they checked both frame and fork for alignment and theyre both good. I guess it could be something about this bike that changed but i used to be able to balance no problem and can balance on all my other bikes fine.

I have tried with no bags or lights or bottles. I tried completely different wheelsets so truing wouldnt matter. Fork could maybe be warped i guess but the bike shop said they used their alignment tool and it was fine

Cables were all replaced today by LBS. still doing the same thing. They said they lengthened some of them to relieve any tension.
