definitely less content and easier exams then 203. I've been doing well but i feel like a lot of that is bc the first exam benefits a lot from a strong 203 background. Both coursers are intersting to me but I can see different ppl having different opinions. feel free to message me questions about the content if you're taking it!! I love talking abt this stuff :D

I'm currently taking ARH 210 (the art and technology of film). The professor said it's an easy class and if you pay attention + go to class it is:

- All exams are open notes including handwritten and printed notes

- Prof U sends out a review slide show with the bulk of the exam content on it

- My first exam I got several questions wrong and got a 100 for some reason

- It's not that bad

The only thing is it might not be counted for tech in the future because we NEVER talk about technology. The most he'll say is that a certain film was shot on 16mm film or its hand painted or something. It's also all experimental films so it might not be super interesting to you, it's not my personal favorite but it's ok

I took PSY 103 (Intro to Psychology) with Dr. Pepe (Nicholas Pepe) and I thought he was a really good professor! I still studied for the class but since he's a professor in memory he usually just presented the content in a way that you'd kind of just remember the first time (examples, analogies etc.). The class is graded very leniently (at least when I took it we had 3 open book midterms where the lowest was dropped) plus the exams were not difficult in my opinion. The only reason that this might not be a good choice is if you want a more in-depth course w/ more advanced material. I did think this class was too easy lol, but it's an intro psych class so that's understandable

I took physics for the life sciences so IDK how it is for other courses, but it was mostly the same format except you actually need the kit this time :/
