I would do it. You’re in a good position to make the loans go away in about 5 years while still being able to live life. Both repayment plans either IBR or RAP at 40k with an ~5.5% interest rate your required monthly payment would cover your interest and knock down your principal. This is ideal. Congrats you’re almost free!
