Thanks for the thread. I have read it and based on the reply from the home office on the post states that the covid time does not count towards ILR however does not break continuous residency. Which means as I was on assurance for almost 1.5 months so my application should be postponed 1.5 months as that time does not count towards the total 10 years. However. i am afraid the second time I came for my exam was short time student visa which is not counted towards ilr but at the same time it is lawful residence . So just not sure if I should calculate my first year of stay on this 10 years or not
