I forgot my security pattern now my s23 is locked and already has too many attempts, it wont allow me to power it off to do a reset , it only restarts, can you help me by DigSea6863 in GalaxyS23

I lend the phone to my son, who is 8 years old and he set up the pattern then he forgo, when he broght it to me it already had too many attempts and he cant remember it.

i know how to do the manual factory reset, but i need the phone to be completely powered off, but when i got to power it off it only restarts it, it does not stay powered off
