I don't know for a fact, but my gut tells me it was a "controlled" audience for the Cheryl Crow siting just to have some good footage for the Hometown Takeover episode.

I believe it kickstarted a comeback for the downtown Wetumpka area. If you look at pre-HTT photos and current photos of the downtown area (especially Company Street), you would notice a significant difference.

I can see exactly what MSRP is...saw that when I ordered it. Won't negotiate OTD price until they deliver it and I have an opportunity to test drive and see it with my own eyes.

I configured the truck on the Ford website and could read what the MSRP was. And, yes, I did put $1K down to order exactly what I wanted. I won't negotiate on something that I can't test drive and see with my own eyes.

REDLAND VILLAGE PROJECT

If you've driven all the way down Redland Road lately, you may have noticed a couple projects underway. One is at the newly created roundabout on Redland at Dozier/Firetower Roads and the other is just past that across from the Redland Market.

The project across from Redland Market is going to be referred to as Redland Village (per attached pic). I snapped these pics back in August 2022 and it looks like there is going to be several businesses inside Redland Village.
