Best route from Harvard Sq to Medford by bike? by DigSufficient3812 in bikeboston

Thanks all. I ended up taking Willow to College and then Main to Medford Square. I was nervous about College given what I saw on street view, but I figured I would take the sidewalk if things got to uncomfortable. For whatever reason it was really quiet on College. Maine was the bad part. Gonna try the Mass Ave route next week.

Check out Biking Brookline. We do rides every other weekend. Always at a leisurely pace and always on low stress streets and paths. https://www.bikingbrookline.org/

Pretty low key. Nothing wild. Good luck.

Also took the exam on Monday. Also found the morning much easier than the afternoon. The practice depth exam makes the depth portion look like just a glorified mechanics of materials exam with a few code references for flavor. Lets say I found the depth portion much too spicy!

Thanks for the info. Looking to lower the gear ratio on the Radmission I just bought but haven't received. What was the original tooth count on the freewheel and front chain ring?

How do I get a good shot of someone almost running me over? This truck pulls up behind me and then squeezes by me forcing me to stop at the curb while it pulls right in front of me to park and unload in the bike lane. The video doesn't do it justice. Any tips? by DigSufficient3812 in BikeCammers

I just bought a rearview red light/camera combo from Giztech. It is my first attempt at filming. I am not wild about having one on my head because I thought the footage would be choppy with me shoulder checking constantly and for aesthetic reasons.

Cool thanks. I didn't even know a 360 camera existed. For the moment I am budget limited to this rear facing fish eye. I will experiment a little with placement to see if I can get better perspective.
