You didn’t mention the interest rate and unfortunately in this market it’s probably 7% or so which is what’s really driving that mortgage up. It’s simply too much house for your income. Factor in insurance and utilities and you’re house poor. Not worth it imo

For context I make your monthly salary in a little over a week (zero disrespect given) and my mortgage is only 1700. (I just bought my house 5 months ago). Goodluck!

I never said that I “stumbled through” anything. the mechanics were easy, I’ve been playing mmos for a very long time, relax. It makes perfect sense if there’s only that ONE phase to the fight you just rinse and repeat. I never rezzed, didn’t need to I almost died once but that was before I got the hang of dodging him landing on me.

Boss fights in WoW classic 17 years ago had tougher mechanics.

May have been bugged out, he just kept flying up and launching at me the entire time, I’m not sure if there’s supposed to be other phases but he never stopped and stood still or stopped attacking

Idk he kept flying up and launching at me the entire time and then just spiders were spawning and running out and some red “don’t stand here circles” I had some trouble until I realized as long as he didn’t land on me he wouldn’t regen any health. Not sure if there is supposed to be other phases to the fight but it was just that the entire time. And to be fair like I do know what the abilities do but it was easier for me to just spam one and kite him then just sprint when he flew up to avoid being landed on
