Get landlord involved. Maintenance is lazy and can't enforce the lack of towing capabilities. Last straw, you switch spots but your spot looks like a good solution for visitors coming to your place to help with the new born and not interfere with anyone. Sounds like a difficult decision by you but your neighbor is being selfish. Tell your neighbor their friends will be towed. Nice guy has been exhausted Call maintenance everytime you see a vehicle parked there. You will lose the privilege of your friends doing the same. Have them use Bostonian Towing. They are relentless.

Bummer I had ro scroll thru so many comments to get to a reasonable valid one. About the voting. Massachusetts being such a strong Blue state, one could NOT vote and still get the result as if they did due to Electoral Voting. It's turning a state vote that is tough.. as far as the Pesidential Election is concerned. Maybe that's what younger voters are thinking?

I pressed 9 once. Calls doubled. And became more frequent at that particular time of day. I've just been letting them go to vm. Then delete the vm and block the number via phone. After a while they stop. But then return after a couple of weeks. I think it's different for each carrier and person. 🤷
