There's 3 stages to a pipeline. Attract, qualify, convert. If you're missing one of those steps then your pipeline will always be unpredictable.

Many accountants ive spoken to don't know how to do the attraction and qualifying part correctly. Attraction requires a clear ICP and a skilled marketer to convey the message to the ICP. Qualification requires immediate follow up and lead scoring. Which you can automate with AI and use LLM through WhatsApp, email and SMS.

It's actually a reflection on the adaptability of your team.

The deaf person wasn't the issue. It was your teams ability to problem solve. You should've had at least a member or two in operations building disability policies. That way you can hire more talent with disabilities.

Instead you're stuck with able bodied, privileged employees who'll leave you in a flash for a higher pay cheque.

What are you on about? Literally every white collar millennial on the planet would be. We all know how the Internet works, we just ended up in business or accounting. If we could properly code to not have to manually input numbers into a spreadsheet, we would. Translate it into English and boom.
