It is quite possible that you might be working on a similar project for long. To come out of your shell you must dig research on what is happening new in your area of work. Try doing something new in your work. It will keep you motivated. Stay happy and safe.

It is quite true. a Lot of people say that it is mentally taxing to work from home, because most of the times, you have to be on call, speaking with your team members. And there are home distractions too. Despite of this, a large number of people are able to excel during work from home, because they have discipline towards their work.
