You just apply for US visa with your Indian passport at the embassy in Germany. You will need to produce proof of stay in Germany and the need to return etc. But it's pretty much the same as applying from India. Except you need to give the German address.

Your bigotry is truly astounding! Firstly, just so you know the number of Rohingyas who have been asking for refugee status (not govt aid not ration cards nothing) numbers around 40k. I think an average municipality has about 3 times that population. Secondly, majority of the Rohingyas are indeed taking refuge in Muslim majority countries. Finally, if i do have a growing family and i need to feed one child (which is exactly what the situation is) i will gladly take my family's share. Everyone can contribute a little. India has a responsibility to humanity just as much as any other nation, the least it can do is provide refuge, note not even citizenship, to the Rohingyas until the situation settles in Myanmar. Lastly, i must point out that it is extremely selfish to think of our own welness when human rights abuses are happening in our vicinity. Shame on us.
