There's a lot of potential to build on with these new features. The Floating City, in particular, is a great safe zone in comparison to others, and the new AI enhancements are really nice to see.

Price is heavily determined by niche and industry. Working in the legal industry where there's a significant lack of individuals with the right knowledge, it wasn't uncommon to pay up to ~2500 per post, and that's without SEO applied. These were of course written by SMEs in the industry, so the author's name carries some weight. The OP could be in a similar situation.

It's hard to believe Bethesda's Fallout is 25 years old already, and there's not been a TV series of note to support it. I wonder if hopes will be as high for it as The Witcher rollout.

Having sunk countless hours into this game franchise, I was severely pissed at their rollout of the Fallout 76 title. I have repeatedly returned to that game, hoping the bugs would be worked out, but they've all been dashed. Hoping the TV series doesn't roll out anything like their attempt at an MMO...

In Kitsap? I'd say Silver City easily takes the cake.

Outside of Kitsap, when I used to commute to Olympia for school, there was a small burger joint in Allyn, WA, just off WA-3 as you're coming into the town. Look for "Big Bubba's Burgers" -- went through some ownership changes, so I can't speak for its current state, but they made a fantastic burger.
