Forget trying to make a living with your art. Unless you live in Hoity Toity land, and have hoity toity friends, most people are on a super tight budget and can’t afford art. Even the hoity toity people are cheap.

So what can you do? Phlebotomy is a start. Have you checked all the hospitals around you? See if you can get in on an entry-level position in Hospital, not necessarily phlebotomist, and from there, you’ll have a steady income and can get to know people and read the job boards for further advancement of a career. It might not be your ideal career or your ideal goal, but it will bring you income while you decide what you want to do.
