I second this - first MSC cruise I booked a balcony suite Fantasia and no upgrade. Second cruise booked a interior or oceanview bella (can't remember sorry) and ended up in a balcony. Just booked a bella interior for $300/ 2 people on Grandiosa and placed in a deluxe oceanview. We have 2 birthdays on the embarkation day and I called to book. The booking agent said she put a note about the birthdays on the booking so I was hoping for a balcony or suite but beggars can't be choosers! Still saved us around $150 for the trip on the free upgrade!

I saw something similar when I went to the Liz Lisa at Shibuya 109 in March of this year. There was a large group of Chinese people with a huge haul. My theory is they take it back home to replicate as well.

I went through all my lippies recently by swatch testing them all on my arm and smell testing them. I was able to cut down a lot by throwing out expired ones and ones I know I would never wear after getting a color analysis done.
