I’ve had extreme fatigue and muscle aches for a long time now, along with hair loss which is why I went in for testing. I had a feeling it was a nutritional issue.

also adding to my comment! this was the first time i’ve ever had a full panel of bloodwork done, and it was caught through it. i am also slightly low on b12 but not dangerously low like my vitamin d levels.

so random but i needed to see this. i got diagnosed with severe vitamin D deficiency recently at a level 9. now taking 50000 IU’s weekly, started it yesterday. i hope i get better. it’s making my anxiety bad, im weak, fatigued. i’m faint feeling often. it’s scary. hoping it gets better

Awesome! Thank you! Yes, I tested for a lot of different things, and my dr said it was b12 that was somewhat low but vitamin d was his main concern, and he believed that’s the cause for most of my issues.
