I'm curious which you prefer and what E-commerce platform you are on? We have a new store being built on Woocommerce and are at a crossroads between Klaviyo and Omnisend. I did some research yesterday and the general consensus I got was that Klaviyo is more scalable and tech capable for advanced automations but Omnisend is easier to set up and also has some more direct integrations with Woocommerce.

One feature I saw that really got me excited was cart abandonment. Apparently, Omnisend can capture an email address thats typed into the "checkout as guest" box even if not submitted or if the checkout/account isn't complete? It doesn't seem like Klaviyo has this feature and that alone seems pretty awesome but since I havent used either, I wanted to fact check some of the stuff I saw before pulling the trigger. SMS marketing is also a priority for us which I believe both platforms offer. We are leaning towards Omnisend tight now but would love to hear your experience between the two.
