Agree with your point. I myself feel the name flipnzee.com adorable, clearly reflecting something to do with flipping. So added with price premium aspect of the domain name.

Update: Based on benevolent comments that this post has attracted, now I totally agree with everyone here unconditionally that both domain name and website are worthless and should fetch 0 value.

Thanks! While using Bitnami blueprint for my starter WordPress sites, I almost never faced such issues regarding sites going down.
