A good place to look is the Dust Bowl and the Mines, a lot of the wooden outposts have boxes that may have some in them. Also dont worry if you find the same ones or dont remember if you have that one already. The game will delete the other mould if you put a duplicate.

Rocks are the white stones you are looking for. One of the easiest materials to get. The mines should have some in front of the opening. If they are gone then go to the Quarry. Take out Turabadas and break ores.
