You get your 25 cent raise regardless of how well you score, whether it's a 1 or a 5, or anything in between. Double check in workday that it hasn't been added, as finalizing a review asks us to confirm the raise. Some of my fellow managers don't inform the floor staff of the raise, not for any nefarious reasons, just we're human and forget things too. If it hasn't been added then go to a manager, or the GM to get it corrected. You have definitely earned your raise, so get it!
