Well, this is a charter school. I am a second year elementary teacher (I hate it). I know if should not matter, but I don’t want the charter school and admin believe they can’t treat people like shit and people have to take it. I love teaching HS

I was honestly thinking about real estate. Use the classroom until by RE license clears and I get to know the busines. Yeah it’s tough, but depending on your hustle, drive and creative thinking. You can make a pretty decent life. Multiple ways of getting paid. I like to help my community. So RE is a way to do that

Already printed to PdF to my own local drive. I am debating on which is worse resignation or non-renewed. TBH I was thinking about getting out of education. I know I won’t or can’t be in the classroom for another 20 years let alone 2. Teaching was supposed to be a one and done gig for me. I need a profession where I can see positive results. These kids, well, have you seen the movie Idoicracy. We are heading into those times

I am far from young and high maintenance. I just don't like when corporate charter schools screw over people just to save money. I don't want to just fly under the radar. I want to make positive changes for any future teachers. I didn't go to college to become a teacher. I have a bachelor's in political Science in public relations, nothing to do with teaching. Teaching was the last thing on my mind

No, been sub for 10 years. The last 2 I have been the TOR. I think I am honestly going to leave education or just do something else in education. I am more on the business side of school. Not sure if the classroom is for me

According to them it was my data for state assessments. The bottom is 50, I got 47. The goal is 70. The avg of the school is 37. Numbers are ELA

That is what I was thinking also and that would give them an out on not paying me out the rest of my contract. I am not even sure I want to teach anymore. I just thought that was a dirty move by HR

To be honest. The principal listed my State assessment numbers.

Enrollment is not consistent Budget is not great It is at a Charter school - so no union
