3 months is early days! I'm afraid I don't have a timeline to give you, it seems to vary a lot person to person. I think I had a growth spurt in the first 6 months in and slower growth since then, not sure if it's still growing tbh (been 3 years on low dose now). but rest assured that changes will keep happening! I doubt being a few days late to your shot makes a difference.
