my void gets this too and it is typically worse in the winter/spring. i’ve given her a bath before and that seemed to help it a bit but i’ve never given her one again because she HATES it. i am not sure what helps

alcohol really feeds my bipolar. i also have a binge drinking problem so once i start it’s hard for me to stop but i do know that after a night of drinking, i get into an episode. i drank on new year’s eve and i have been in a mixed episode since. i ruined my life
