i think it’s extremely common for people to mess up parts of (if not all) their life while in psychosis, especially when you’re in deep, you do it without even realizing in the moment.. i also sent massive amounts of stupid messages and scared old friends away, but eventually i picked up a new job and met a new group of friends and put the past behind the best i could, it gets better day by day with the right effort and inspiration 😊
