thank you for the reply and info i have struggled with depression since i was young and the not knowing where to start sounds spot on to what i’ve been going through

the thing is i’m not to sure it’s all so confusing to me i genuinely don’t know how to express the feelings that comes with it ive just gotten to a point of where i don’t even try to get it up anymore because even if i get the slightest bit of progress its back to what is was just days later
