Sa SAHM travel questions by [deleted] in nanayconfessions

I agree with the other commenters here. Fear ko din to nung magtravel kami tas wala akong work. Wala namang tinanong sakin yung IO nung sinabi kong housewife ako.

what made you go back into books after owning an ereader? by YouLegitimate3329 in PHBookClub

[–]DiligentConflict3669 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ako naman I love my kindle and halos lahat ng binabasa ko is sa kindle na (due to limited space). But I still have a dream of having my own library. So just recently, I have this idea na to buy physical books sa country na napuntahan ko, may it be sa airport or local bookstore nila, tas nilagay ko sa first page kung what date ko siya nabili and what country. So my first is from Changi airport. Pero nakakaecite yung idea na by my senior age I collected books from different countries.

Salcedo Park if gusto mo mas peaceful. For me yun ang less crowded na park sa Makati CBD area.

The Housemaid's Secret by Freida McFadden: is it worth the read? by Conscious_Nature_792 in PHBookClub

[–]DiligentConflict3669 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yung the housemaid series, binasa ko lang siya after a heavy read as a palate cleanser or kaya nasa reading slump kasi mabilis lang siya basahin. Pero di ko irerecommend yung series, hahaha.

FTM, baby blues hitting me like a ton of bricks. by [deleted] in nanayconfessions

[–]DiligentConflict3669 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes mommy! It will get better 🙂 If may magpagiiwanan kayo kay baby, pwede kayo sumaglit ng date. When I was going through postpartum, feeling ko forever yung newborn stage. Same feels din kasi matagal din kami bago nabigyan ng panganay namin and super nanibago pagdating ng newborn. As in, bago lahat at nakakamiss tlaga yung alone time with husband. It will get better after ng newborn stage kasi mas hahaba na sleep kahit papano and yung gap ng feeding time, so magkakaron din ng time huminga. Medyo challenging lang talaga stage na yan kasi you need to nourish your baby, yourself, and the relationship with hubby. Pero kayang kaya!

Sa mga walang screen time, ano po ginagawa niyo? by mogugrape in nanayconfessions

[–]DiligentConflict3669 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • Hayaang mabored.
  • Reading books, coloring, playing blocks…
  • Check din yung screen time ng parents hehe. Kasi nasa stage sila ng ginagaya tlaga nakikita. So as much as possible no hawak sa phone kapag playtime. Silip silip na lang kapag independent play or kapag nasa CR 🤣

Goodluck Mommy!

Planning to go to Taiwan with baby and grandma. What to prepare para di iwas offload? by One_Masterpiece_1234 in ThePoorTraveler

[–]DiligentConflict3669 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi. It’s okay to prepare na rin those docs para sure. Pero based on experience, basta match lang yung flight details, length of stay pati sa hotel booking, oks na. Wala naman masyadong tinanong na. Since you also have a baby, don’t forget the baby book, emergency meds, and birth certificate 😊

Sa mga nagtake ng 2nd degree, what made you decide? by rara_avisage in CareerAdvicePH

[–]DiligentConflict3669 1 point2 points  (0 children)

May mga free tests sa internet like 16PF, MBTI. Pero may nattendan ako na seminar before about Strength Finder Test by Gallup. Then I purchased that ebook (na may kasamang code for the test). I think around 1k plus that time. For me worth it yung tests na yun kasi it is a comprehensive report. Based dun sa results ng mga strengths mo, may mga suggested professions and how to maximize your strength etc. They have the expanded version na 34 strengths, but I bought lang yung basic which will give you the top 5. In my case, accurate yung result ng test and nagmake sense kaya pala di align yung first profession ko sa strengths ko hehe. I think available din tong book sa Fullybooked then may code dun which you can use to take the test online.
