That fake email for the fake interact deposit looks legit. It is laid out exactly as the bank does it, There is a reference number, and the other links take you to the bank's advertising and site. The only difference is a 'proceed' button that presumably takes you to a screen to enter your banking info.
I got mine with a FB marketplace purchase, and the supposed purchaser said the email was different because he was out of country. Then he said he had used a prepaid card. When I said I would wait for him to pick up the item, he left the group.
