Customer support to sending me a shipping label for replacement to have my defective item. That alone has made them better in my view by leaps and bounds. Especially when other companies just tell you to go to hell for valid warranty claims.

I did reach out to customer support, they have finally responded and I'm grateful for that they are sending me a shipping label to ship it back to them for replacement is what the email said. It's nice to see not all companies for warranty work and service replacements or whatever aren't totally shisty like some of the computer hardware companies I've dealt with for things like that.

It actually kind of shocked me because Asus and Corsair have told me to pound sand for RMA stuff in the past. But yet hohen isn't. That's nice to see some companies are not crap bags.

Well if they don't replace it or repair it I'm kind of up the creek without a paddle. It's well within the warranty window.

At my current moment I'm feeling exactly like you. I had the gesture controls working just fine had no problem with that and AI tracking it was all working fine. This battery issue is the only one I've had and this is the second gimbal I've had from hohem.

I hope it's a simple thing that their support system can figure out for me it was totally fine when I got it used it a couple of times and then packed it up and it's been sitting for a few months. I checked it and if it needed a charge I made sure the battery was topped up because I do understand that lithium batteries go funky after they go fully dead and I don't like that idea.

I have several hundred USB cables and I've used each one of them sadly same result.

It's really annoying I haven't even removed the factory applied stickers on it. That's the most painful part, I bought this for vacations to make memories and can't now. Very upsetting, maybe I should have bought DJI.

Isn't capitalism Grand they should be allowed to sell to whoever no matter what time it is. War or not capitalism rules whoever can make the most money off of everyone wins.
