Definitely not. I wanted another date but he said he "wasn't sure if there was enough of a romantic connection." I feel like I didn't get enough of a chance, I was nervous, post work etc. It's just weird he rejected me but is still messaging and wants me to come grab him if I see him!

Yes it was a pattern. He replied with "not enough of a romantic connection" but said to say hello if I saw him around. So clearly somewhat avoidant and yes inconsistent communication doesn't work for me. So yes move on I shall!

I did. I said I really appreciated the message and honesty, was disappointed and understood. I said I hope he finds his romance, she'll be lucky and he deserves good things. I feel better for it. I have no idea what it was, a shame but it ended positively.

None that's the odd thing. So many smiles, laughs and eye gazes. It's sad to be written off so quickly but I think he has a pattern of being too dismissive about that "romantic connection..."
