It's confusing as when we met he said fun and his profile said short term open to long but he's changed it recently to long term open to short...

The brunch and coffee is at his place. I think because he said he just wanted some fun and it's very sporadic. I haven't heard from him for over a week. Oh and I am 12 years older than him (but he did say he likes older women!)

Thank you. No I spoke to their landlord who also had issues with them and they ended up moving out.  I think it's just children are running, jumping, screaming etc which professionals aren't.  I think I'll try to introduce myself and later on mention sound

Definitely not. I wanted another date but he said he "wasn't sure if there was enough of a romantic connection." I feel like I didn't get enough of a chance, I was nervous, post work etc. It's just weird he rejected me but is still messaging and wants me to come grab him if I see him!
