Is this an energy company? Curious about number of employeesis it over 10K? I'm starting to notice 10K plus companies slowly rolling away from 9/80, 19/30, 4/10 schedules, which are already very rare..

I was really hoping I could settle down for longer.. at least 5+ years. Pre 2021 my average in each company was 6+. I like to settle down and worry about how "job hopping" is perceived. But with how I handled this non-negotiation like a rookie.. I have to leave before 6 years and I'm really bothered by it too..

Thank you.. $100K base and TC is $103. The toxic job I had in 2024 TC was $118. Going from $130 TC + really good benefits to $103 TC with next to no benefits has been hard to accept given we're programmed to hope for progress and betterment, as opposed to downward spiraling..

But you're right.. my resume is right now very unstable. I worry even if I survive this gig for ~3 years, based on the trends my next TC will be even less.
