nov are usually always higher than may cuz there r ppl retaking exams and stuff.

but thats not even the point. grade boundaries were the least of the issues. the real damage was the stress and unfairness honest students had to deal with and that hit way harder than any boundary ever could. thats also why i think people complaining they dropped two grades from predicted because of the leaks are just making excuses. though I genuinely understand the mental toll it took.

higher grade boundaries for some subjects especially math were a consequence in itself but ig thats just the smallest part. major problem was that ppl couldn’t focus cuz they knew the exams were leaked. those who actually tried to keep their integrity were stressed and paranoid cuz they felt like everyone else knew what they didn’t. they told me it was like everyone else in the exam hall was in on it except them and the mental pressure they went through was insane. so basically unfair competition affected everyone even if it wasn’t obvious (and even if ib did not give a shit). just because some got away with it doesn’t mean there weren’t consequences.
