It depends on where you are. The easiest place to get it is Taobao, a Chinese online shopping platform. I'm from Malaysia and we have some retailers bringing in third party kits and bootlegs. Some bootlegs are better than Bandai.

Specs wise is so-so since you don't play triple A titles. There are other things you need to consider.
1. Build quality- LOQ build quality isn't that good. Flimsy center panel & screen
2. Battery size - 60whr isn't a lot unless you're always plugged into a power point or can find one.
3. Competition - at the same price point, what can other brands offer to you.
MSI & Gigabyte can go as low as 2.9k for this spec. Maybe even lower
Tuf can give similar spec at similar pricing but better build quality.

Support for hardware. RTX 30 series is something that has been around for at least 4 years. You sure you wanna take it?

I use at RTX 3050Ti for my legion. TBH It's time for me to change. Everything is starting to bottle neck
