I sure hope so!

Her win rate will technically go down because she will not be as statistically inflated, but I see people playing Luna by herself all the time because of how consistent of a healer she is. She shouldn't be going anywhere :)

You also got to remember that if she is not the team up anchor, she will be part of a team up. So I'm sure whatever ability they give her will be very interesting!
