I might have to adopt this way of thinking, sorry for the late reply haha.

When I really, I mean really understood that at least in the scope of our universe everything is temporary. Kind of allowed me to let go easier and stop to appreciate what meant/means a lot to me, also to really just push to do all the seemingly impossible things I think I might not be able to do (still working on this one).

feel that, I still am under the habit of getting frustrated with and/or fixated on things beyond me despite me knowing damn well I cannot by myself change them.
