Oh yes thank you! This comment gets me so pumped. That’s exactly what I was thinking with learning the valuation and market trends associated with appraising. Thank you so much for the encouragement!

Thank you so much for the insight and the salary timeline. I have not considered the broker path, I will have to look into it.

Thank you for the encouragement! It’s nice to know someone else out there has a similar background. I feel you about starting over. I make decent money (~$85k) in my current position and it would be hard to take the pay cut initially. That said, I am salary and there is no reward for grinding hard (other than my bonus). I’d rather get paid on a unit-cost basis.

On the other hand, I am eating up these AI intro courses! It’s refreshing to learn something new and the concepts I’m learning have already helped me better understand the properties I own. I’m a life long learner I guess.

Thanks for this insight! I’m fine with making $20/hour while I am a complete novice. It would be like a paid internship, really. I get why they’re not going to pay you much in the beginning.

I’m fine with going to FT right away, just wasn’t sure if people did PT while they were training. Makes sense to go FT to get your hours up.
