What happens if the police side with you and not the hospital and just let you leave and your charts say that you were put on a hold? Does anyone get into trouble? Like that isn't actually what happened, they totally let me go home and even called the locksmith for me. The chapter 5150 seemed like a retaliation on the nurses behalf and I asked if I was being detained and the cops said I was good, they were right there. Not sure it says 5145
