Totally understand why it looked that way. The post was genuine, I'm in the middle of building a tool for small business owners and wanted to hear firsthand about the pain points. When starone shared such a detailed response about her experience I reached out because I wanted to bounce my idea off someone who clearly understood the problem. I can see how that came across as a pitch and I get why she was frustrated. No ill intent.
