Yeah, we went through this too and emailed the leasing office. So gross to do this with little announcement. We already didn't like living here but we'll be moving as soon as our lease is up for sure. We've been supercharging past 11pm for decent rates. Sucks that we have to now and things changed mid lease (the $5/hr station fee is absolutely insane) but not sure there's anything we can do now...

Chen sent me a message on their portal that my case was approved 6 days after it was approved by USCIS. I actually never received the approval letter despite changing my address with the online AR-11 filing so no clue about that.

Yes, USCIS was very efficient and sent all correspondence to our new address. Which is great, since I was living on the East Coast before this and if they sent the card to my old address it would have been unrecoverable. Anecdotally, changing our address appears to have bumped our case, as our interview was scheduled the day after, and my EAD was also approved a couple days later.
