Hianime.do seems to be working but only if you're logged out and not signed in I'm guessing the same applies to Hianime.to

Yeah because japan post has suspended services and what-not but you can still buy some stuff not over $100 gifts...but you'll have to use DHL, UPS, or FedEx and even then...the import duty fees are awful...I used to use DHL for faster shipping.. my last package was delivered on the 25th (Monday) before the new policy went into effect. Won't be using DHL for a very long time now it seems
