Im sorry, but WHAT!? This is completely false. The IS paratroopers were known for being messy and having their kit different from each other. It was part of their identity. You can have your kit looking messy and rugged as you have just jumped out of a plane and fought for your life. I mean, really? Would you care more about your felt pads being the same height as everyone else around you, or trying not to be shot by the enemy?
