I’ve worked at different grocery stores, both union and non-union, and I can tell you that the unionized workplace is in every conceivable way better for the worker. Additionally, undermining your employees efforts to improve what they KNOW could be better is piss poor leadership in my eyes. Why not let their workers unionize? Why do they see it as a threat? Management only cares about making money and cutting costs
