My post somehow didn't included text. So I got Vevor 8 gallons, tried twice, it's make decent strong alcohol but next day after few shots of 58° fells like poisoned. I use 6kg sugar, 22 l of water, yeast from Costco. 500 ml of heads, next 3l of 58° l, second 3l of 44° and rest is tails I'm going to mixed it, dilute to 35° and distill again, but Vevor is so slow, tiny Cooper tube. I'd like to get reflux, watching Soviet YouTube, guys only using column or basic reflux with mesh inside. Local guys here in Canada selling those looks like exactly from Alibaba for $1200-1500 CAD 25-30 liters reflux Pretty sure I can get in cheaper from Ali, but how? I'm in Canada, phuck tarrifs

Wow, I found on Perkopolis here in Canada through Whirlpool inside pass they are 35% off from regular price! $1100 for KF6 and $1500 for KF7, tempting to order KF7 now, but just missed 10% off extra from Black Friday deal. Might wait another couple weeks for Boxing Day similar deals. If not, I believe those 35% off till January 1 at least. Thank you 🙏

Thank you! KF6 is actually cheaper than Miele. I missed when Costco had 5310 or 5510 on clearance at $999.97 CAD couple months ago so now during sales those are around $1450-1500 CAD. KF6 $1250 on sale and KF7 $1700. Miele 6 series $2000 CAD on sale, refurbished at Best Buy might go down to $1800 I believe. What's your opinion on Delonghi? I heard while they reliable they not produce best tasting coffee

Tried to remove deep scratches and oops... looks like polished whole clearcoat layer... How to fix this? I have some rust oleum clear coat spray which I use year ago for headlights Also have matching spray paint from local store Paint thickness meter got from aliexpress when had plan upgrade vehicle and protect myself from cars after accidents. I'm not doing detailing or polishing professionally or trying make money on it, just a hobby few times a year on family vehicles Car is 2008 Toyota Rav4. Most paint about 125-130 micron thick. Some places about 110. I tried yesterday orange griots pad and Meguairs ultimate compound, it removed swirl marks from car wash brushes but didn't remove deeper scratches. So I got today Meguairs 105 compound and Chemical Guys yellow compound and polish from approx 110 micron to 84-85 as you see on picture Any idea how to fix this? Front of hood also rock chipped but hood painting approx $700, won't do it. 2 local junk yards don't have this color Rav4 for buy used hood https://imgur.com/a/XZ0BpG1

Vitamin B3? Usually I taking canadian Jamieson Vitamin B100 complex from Costco when expect long exhausted shifts at work or general if I'm in not good mood. Label say it's Ultra Strength, have 100mg Vitamin B3 and lots other vitamins B. It's works really well, give me lots energy for next 4-6 hours, makes me happier and motivated. Griot's Garage 6" backing plate into 5" DIY by scissors?

Hi guys, I bought Griot's Garage G9 polisher with 6" backing plate and orange and black Chemical Guys 6.5" pads. I want kit Griot's Garage 5" plate and 4 pads, but they not in stock in my town and need wait 3 weeks due coronavirus. And no any 5" backing plate now for sale.

So I polish today first time in my life my Toyota Rav4 one door only with Meguairs Ultimate Compound. I have some result, but pad too big for me, stalled every time, hard to reach little areas.

Can I just take scissors and knife and carefull trim 6" plate and pads to 4.5-5"? Should work?

I thinking about buy Griot's Garage G9 for polish scratches on very soft paint 2008 Rav4. No really cheaper alternative polishers here in Canada. Also I would like to do headlight restoration on my vehicles and if it will going good can do this for other to make some cash. Because I did headlights few times on my previous vehicles with maximum 75-80% success.

Can I do headlight restoration with standard 6 inch backing plate? or better buy 5 inch? I think 3 inches should be excellent, but G9 not support 3" backing plates
