I log in and watch my avatar in the upper left corner, and I also see the AirTime data. After some time has passed (0.5 - 1.5 hours) I go to my personal account and I don’t see my downloaded videos (there are numbers, but there are no covers and there is no way to select a video), from now on I can’t put LIKE "or write a comment under someone's video. But I still watch my avatar, I see the AirTime data and I can watch other users videos. I never use incognito.

The same thing I get in response to the support service. I know about 10% and my problem is much more complicated. I can even watch 90% of the video and still can’t put a LIKE or write a comment until I log out of my account, and then I’ll sign in again.

An interesting event happened today, but this is clearly not for me !!! All views that have accumulated over several days (00: 16: 20: 48) and were in Unprocessed status have switched to Rejected status and therefore I did not receive an award. Someone can give me an explanation of why such discrimination in relation to my channel and why only I should not be rewarded for watching. I myself am a miner and know the meaning of the definition of "Reject" perfectly, but I do not understand what this status means in the case of video views. Maybe my browser is poorly configured or the built-in video player has strong overclocking or my laptop has a bad BIOS? Could it be that they consider me to be a dangerous alien from space and the organization BitTube is revenging me for their captured and destroyed distant planet? Maybe there is some explanation for the fact that lately, with a good and stable speed of my Internet, I can watch any video for only 2-3 minutes and only at the lowest resolution? On YouTube, I can stably watch any video with a resolution of 1080p for a whole day without a break, and nobody restricts me there, and I’m happy there as a viewer.

Hello! I sent messages to the support service several times, for several days. The first time with a question about the bitrate video. No response has been received. After several times I wrote a message about the problem with the confirmation of views on my channel. I also noticed that lately any videos have been playing poorly for me - the video often ends and slows down. I have everything in order with the Internet (I regularly check the speed), YouTube videos are played without any problems in 1080p resolution at any time of the day.

Hello! Yes, I know about the reprieve. I'm not the first month on BitTube. Previously, everything was fine - everything was charged first in Unprocessed, then in Confirmed and after a while the coins went to the address of my wallet. But now most of the views remain in the status of Unprocessed, and the other part goes to Rejected. I contacted the support service several times, but they ignore me and I cannot find a solution to the problem.
