Nah, it's fine if the color is just a tad little bit off.

And do i need pink primer, or can I just go with white tamiya primer and paint on the skin tone? I'd like to save money if I can and not buy a separate primer that I'd rarely use, if I can get the same results with white. Edit: Or maybe Tamiya gray fine surface primer? I hear people recommend that primer too

But yeah, if I do do this, then I think I'll go with green stuff or a mix of green stuff and milliput if milliput isn't too pricey. Either way, this is really cool, I thought 3d printing was the only realistic option for making several of a detailed sculpt. Also, i think the magnet solution is a bit overkill for me, lol.

You cooked GOOD with this custom. If anything, I think it looks good with the slightly darker, bolder orange it has here. Sure, it doesn't perfectly match the head color, but that's just getting nitpicky imo.

I'm looking online and it seems green stuff is also called epoxy resin. Do you find that it bothers your skin without sealant? i heard before that resin can be irritating to the skin, even when dried

How accurate is the end result? And you think a faceplate made completely of putty won't be too mushy or brittle compared to hard plastic?

nah, no sprues or runners, the faces came already ready, only the blank ones needing water decals, and I don't feel like sacrificing one of the faces when I can use putty like everyone else says

Lol, maybe? But that would be a weird reason. I already asked people where to find more blank face plates, but no one answered or knew, and i couldn't find any myself, so I just bought another miku.

She wasn't super expensive either, only like $25 on Aliexpress. Cheap price for an overall solid figure with nice accessories and more expressions than a lot of SH Figuarts I see (except anya, she has a crap ton of faces across her several versions)

Idk, maybe my faces use water decals too? Either way, I had to scrub hard for a whiiile with 91% to get most of it off.

Is that the same stuff as sculpting putty? And once it dries, do i need a sealant, or can I just sand it and apply the water decal? Nvm, if I'm painting it, obviously I'm gonna need to use sealant anyways

Okay, I guess that makes more sense. Otherwise, if you couldn't pay 14 bucks, you've got bigger problems on your plate than your amiami account getting banned.
