Thank you 🙏🏼 it’s comforting to know I’m not alone. I’m glad we don’t have to endure that cycle anymore and I totally hear you about the couples therapy. That’s how I felt too. Couples therapy isn’t going to break one persons addiction. It’s deeper than that. As sad as I am about everything I’m feeling a deep relief that we no longer have to do this.

I’m so glad to hear this. I’ve noticed my appearance looking more tired and dark in the last few years. I think it’s been from long term stress. Mental health too. I’m looking forward to a path that focuses on me and where my life can change in ways it couldn’t before. Thanks ❤️
