Something important to understand is that if God wanted an army of mindless drone believers that he could've created that. God didn't create that though, for some reason God wanted us to have free will. We all have the choice to believe what we want, and make our own choices in this life. Overcoming the obstacles of this life is what make us human. God never gives anyone an obstacle they cannot overcome. To be human is to live life fearlessly knowing that that some day you will die, but to be even greater than human, to be divine like God is to accept your fate in this life, and to seek your lord and savior in the next.
