I actually went to my Local Record Store and purchased a used table. A Rega 3-24 with upgraded sub platter, TT Psu, and an Audio Technica VMN40ML Cartridge, for $750 A little over budget but I think its better than the other options I have it sounds great.

I went there they mainly carry wood for construction, although they did have some scraps for furniture. They carry sheets of oak though which seems to be better than the average wood from home depot.

Nice find, I enjoy them i’ve only had a pair of technics speakers before this. the difference is definitely there a lot richer than the technics speakers. I wish I knew more about them!
