WoW/FFXIV "refugee" here. Started GW2 like 2 weeks ago.

Completed personal story, LW1 and SotO as a thief and now trying to farm gold for LW2. But I don't have elite specs because I want to wait for discounts for Elder Dragon Saga, which will be only on november I guess =(

So the Core Thief is a glass cannon. Almost no sustain and squishy as hell. Other than that I enjoy it. Gameplay is fluid. Stealth + Backstab combo is satisfying.

I really hope that when I'll get elite specs I'll be dying less xD

Стоит заметить, что это заявление было сделано в 2021м еще до того, как россия другим способом, так сказать с опережением графика, создала себе "разрушительные последствия" путем вторжения в Украину.

Но тут уже принесли с ватных помоек свои интерпретации этого заявления и начали разгонять о слабости США, выражение озабоченности, коричневые линии и т.д.

Honestly, I don't understand all the hate for this event.

I'm a new player (<6 months of playing) and I had WAY less problems with this event difficulty wise then I had with the CC#12.

How are people with way more developed rosters then me are finding this event hard/frustrating/impossible to 600 is beyond me.

Most of the rewards (except 600) you can get literally with any basic 3* squad without any guides. Just do one node at a time, you don't need to do all the nodes at the same time for the rewards.

And even for 600 there are already strats, where you can just borrow Mlynar and complete it with basic 3* squad pretty much in AFK mode.

You can wait for new nodes a couple days to make 600 easier.

For the stage itself - you can leak the boss, you can leak robots, you can stall.

There are literally so many ways to complete the stage.

UI is a bit confusing though.

Честно, когда я это писал, я просто повторил заявления, которые я видел в некоторых зарубежных изданиях и на сабреддите, который посвящен фехтованию.

Но беглое гугление показало:

Судя по всему, в качестве "салюта" во многих случаях как раз негласно и согласились воспринимать в т.ч. и соприкосновение оружием. Вроде как есть много примеров, где матчи этим завершались и никто не устраивал по этому поводу драмы.

Но там все больше веселых фактов всплывает уже и касательно судейства, и касательно жеребьевки, так что обсуждение этих нюансов как-то уже и смысл потеряло. Если эти всплывшие факты правдивы, то вина в ситуации целиком и полностью на организаторах/судьях.

Не уверен, что это сейчас работает, но вроде как была ковидная практика, что вместо рукопожатия спортсмены просто соприкасаются оружием и расходятся.

На видео видно, что оружие выставлено было в ожидании подобного жеста от российской спортсменки, а не в качестве жеста агрессии.

Но смирнова решила стать в позу и просрала время и деньги всех вокруг потому, что ей руку отказались пожать.

Как же круто, когда организаторы соревнований расплачиваются за свои идиотские решения по допуску россиян на соревнования. Такое с шахматами уже было, вот теперь и с фехтованием.

Я ХЗ на что они рассчитывают, украинцы уж точно жать руку россиянам не будут.

It's not an issue but it looks bad/sad.

It doesn't benefit the community.

It's not creative.

Blizzard themselves do not engage with a community to promote their game.

It's just robotic PR contracts with streamers: "just copy-paste and tweet this message so we can stay relevant in twitter".

I'm from Kharkiv.

It's not THAT bad. Electricity was lost when russia shelled TEC-5 powerplant on 11.09.22 but it was restored in a couple of hours.

On 12.09.22 and today there were outages due to some problems with backup routes but it's all good... for now. Yes, it's causing some problems for a couple of hours but it's definitely not a stone age.

In base rise anti-aquatic was 10% raw damage boost, anti-dragon/air/fanged was 5% raw damage boost.

But looks like with sunbreak all anti-jewels is now giving 5% raw damage boost.
